Smoked Angus Brisket
Low and Slow Texas Style BBQOrder Smoked Brisket
Thaw brisket in refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to warming in oven. Pre-Heat oven to 200 degrees. Almost room temperature is our preference before placing the brisket in the oven. Wrap brisket tightly in foil and place in oven for 45 minutes (until warm to the touch). Your fabulous Texas brisket is already smoked/cooked, be careful not to dry it out. We suggest serving the brisket with warm BBQ sauce.
